What are Lulia's shipping and handling guidelines?
For U.S. orders, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States in order to make a purchase. The issuing bank must also be based in the United States. Lulia may ship items using UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx, DHL, or USPS (United States Postal Services).
After an order is placed with Lulia, you will receive a confirmation email saying your order has been accepted. Most items are shipped within one business day during weekdays. When an item ships, a shipment confirmation email is sent to you.
What is Lulia's Returns Policy?
Lulia wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with your returnable item for any reason, simply send it and the completed return form back to us within 15 days of purchase for a refund or store credit. Lulia tracks date of arrival of shipped items 100% of the time.
Please see exceptions below on some product categories. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sunglasses, shoes, jewelry, handbags, or accessories. Some products, as marked clearly in their description, are not returnable. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Sale Items
Items clearly marked as 'Sale' may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Any item purchased using a coupon code is considered a sale item. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at Lulia.
Clearance Items
Clearance items may not be returned. These products will be clearly marked 'Clearance'.
Swimwear Returns:
In addition to all return stipulations: We allow a one time size exchange or return on swimsuits. All tags and hygienic liners must be in place and the item must be in new condition. For this reason, do not remove your undergarments when you first try on the swimsuit. Lulia will not issue a refund or credit for swimwear unless it is returned within 30 days in perfect, re-sellable condition. Please follow all other return guidelines and instructions.
Damaged / Defective Goods:
At Lulia, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine designer fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the order, at info@shoplulia.com to be eligible for a refund.
Return Procedures:
Please fill out the information on the Return/Exchange form that was sent inside your original package. Place your items to be returned or exchanged with the completed form on top. Return shipping address will be included on the original packing receipt and on the Return/Exchange form. You may also call or email us at any time to get this information. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 15 days from date of original delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. |
